We are delighted to announce that the opening keynote of LEX 2008 will now be delivered by Bob Heslett, Deputy Vice President of the Law Society. As a former Managing Partner of Beachcroft LLP, Bob is uniquely placed to offer insight into the challenges currently facing law firm leaders in the shifting legal marketplace.

Managing Partner magazine's annual LEX event is designed exclusively for senior managers within law firms who are actively engaged in developing far-reaching performance-improvement projects for their firm. Typically these projects focus on improving operational efficiencies and boosting productivity although in the five years LEX has been running we have also been able to help delegates achieve excellence across a broad spectrum of projects ranging from business development to risk management.
